Warranty

  • Your one-year warranty starts from the date of purchase.

  • Your receipt is your warranty card. Please keep it safe. Your invoice number and order number help us make the process faster.

  • The warranty does not cover any accidental damage, such as damage caused by dropping the device, damage caused by liquid, or accidental OS wipe.

  • We offer returns on purchases up to 30 days. The device should be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Once our quality team checks, the refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the device.

  • If you face any technical problems with the device post 30 days, you will be required to return the device for repairs.

  • We aim to process our repairs within seven days.

  • Before returning the device, please back up all your data. Our technical team may have to format the device for repairs. We do not take responsibility for the lost data during repairs.

  • Please ensure to contact us before returning your device. Failure to do so will considerably delay the processing of your request.

  • Your return should have a copy of the invoice, name, order ID, voucher number, and where the purchase was made from.

  • For the first 60 days, both labour and part costs are covered for your device.

  • Post 60 day period, the warranty will cover only the labour cost.

  • If your device needs part replacement after 60 days, you will be charged for the cost of parts and not the labour.

  • Accessories and batteries are only covered for 30 days.

  • We provide prepaid postage up to €15 within Germany and up to €30 outside Germany.

  • Your device may have some scuff marks. This will not affect the functionality of the device.

  • We do not take responsibility for the compatibility of applications, games, software, and programs. Please ensure these before your purchase.

  • Unless stated explicitly, software disks are not included in the package.

  • If the device is faulty, within the first 15 days, you can return the device through our prepaid return postage.

  • Prepaid postage is only valid for the first 15 days.

  • Post 15 day period, you will bear the cost for return or replacement postage.

  • If the device gets damaged during use or while returning, the warranty will be invalid

Refund and Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved by us this helps us pinpoint their origin.
  • You can do that by mailing us at cs@i-redo.de. you will then receive a return authorization code from us.
  • We do this to ensure that our returns or refunds are hassles free for both you and us.
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase after the first 15 days you will bear the cost for courier services.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the device at the base.
